Yes,But only on some days. the reason I say that is because students should be able to show the school what they love and how good they look in it in side the school.
STUDENT AND PARENTS KNOW THAT SOME KIDS WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO AFFORD HATS, BUT THAT WHY THE KIDS NOW A DAYS HAVE FRIENDS THAT WOULD THE THEM USE/ KEEP THEIR HATS.WHY? BECAUSE OF THE RELATIONSHIP THEY HAVE WITH EACH OTHER.
